Sustainability

All of our candles, wax melts and reed diffusers are made using a natural soy wax that is vegan, cruelty-free and sourced from trusted suppliers. Our candle wicks are made from cotton and paper fibres.

The amber jars used for our candles and reed diffusers are designed to be reused or recycled once cleaned with warm, soapy water.

Our reed diffusers are packaged in recyclable paper boxes.

We aim to minimise plastic in our packaging. When bubble wrap is used, it has been reused from incoming deliveries to avoid single-use waste.

Our safety labels are printed on recycled paper, and we recycle all cardboard and packaging from our business supplies wherever possible.

As Shadow Candles continues to grow, we are always looking for ways to improve our processes and make more responsible choices.
